Congratulations to both Dr. Kennita Johnson (Left) and Dr. James Tsuruta (Right) for their awarded R03 grants!
Dr. Johnson’s study will be focused on “exploration of Atypical Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound Findings in Kidney Images of STZ Model of Diabetic Kidney Disease” and Dr. Tsuruta’s study will concentrate on “increasing sensitivity and discrimination of breast cancer diagnosis using molecularly targeted, extravascular ultrasound imaging with ultrasound-activated, phase-change nanodroplet contrast agent.”
